Mike Brown, Rear Admiral, United States Navy (Retired)
During his 31-year naval career, he held significant leadership positions within the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. Brown’s last position on active duty was as the Director, Cybersecurity Coordination for DHS. He was responsible for increasing interdepartmental collaboration in strategic planning for the Nation’s cybersecurity for the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. He also served as DHS Deputy Assistant Secretary, Cybersecurity and Communications, Acting Assistant Secretary, Cybersecurity and Communications and as the Assistant Deputy Director Joint Interagency Task Force for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Mike currently sits on the board of S3, a specialized cyber security and global technology consulting firm.
